Ramlogics Services is a ready-to-launch home-services platform that connects customers with trusted local professionals, from booking to payment to invoice. Customers find and book services, providers deliver them, and the owner runs the whole business from one admin panel, all in the client’s own brand.
Three roles, one connected platform
- Customer: browses and searches services, books a slot with an address, pays online or after service, cancels, rates and reviews, and views and prints invoices.
- Service provider: registers a business profile, creates and edits service listings, accepts or rejects bookings, starts and completes jobs, and tracks earnings and invoices.
- Admin (owner): approves providers and listings, manages users and categories, sees every booking and invoice, sets tax and commission, and monitors revenue on a dashboard.
From request to invoice in five steps
- Find: the customer searches by city and category.
- Book: picks a slot and adds the address.
- Pay: online with Razorpay, or cash after service.
- Deliver: the provider accepts, starts and completes the job.
- Review and invoice: the customer rates, and an invoice is created automatically.
Every step is tracked, so customers, providers and the admin always see the same booking status.
Tools for providers and control for the owner
Every provider and every listing is approved by the admin before it goes live. Providers register, list services, manage booking requests, run jobs, record cash collected and track earnings. The admin panel adds a live dashboard of revenue, commission and outstanding amounts, approvals, user blocking and roles, booking and invoice management, categories, and settings for site info, tax %, commission % and payment keys.
Secure payments and automatic invoicing
Customers can pay online with cards and UPI through Razorpay, where a successful payment marks the booking and its invoice as paid, or pay after service while the provider records the cash. Payments are verified server-side and lost callbacks are reconciled so no one is charged twice. Invoices are created automatically on job completion, with 18% tax and 15% platform commission by default, both adjustable in Admin settings.
